I've gotten behind on MoHo Polls (Thanksgiving did that to me - that's my story and I'm sticking to it). Anyway, I just posted some new December polls this morning. These came from a fellow famly member (I'll leave it to them if they want to identify themselves). I also extended the movie poll as not very many people voted last month.
So, vote on the movie poll if you haven't already - and then scroll down to vote on the 8 other polls regarding early indications of sexual orientation, self-directed gaydar, early sexual development, etc.
As for a theme for December, blog about when you first started to suspect you might be different, early indications that you were special, when did you go from suspicions to acceptance and what was the catalyst? etc.

Most of my favorite gay movies didn't even make the list.
Your poll question should have included a category OTHER so people could submit movies not on the list.
Here are some of my favorite gay movies missing from the list:
o Before Night Falls
o All About My Mother
o Tea and Sympathy (1956)
o The Wedding Banquet

Wait...I just read what I posted and I sound kind of curt.
What I meant to say was that I really like the poll that you have put together -but- would have liked to see another category.

Philip
I understand - there are a couple of movies I'm surprised didn't make the list. That list is the top 50 gay themed movies - according to AfterElton.com.
I love that we now have themes for the month! Yay Abe!
Thanks for putting my questions up, Abe! I personally am finding the results fascinating; hopefully others can get something out of it too. I really look forward to seeing how everyone will respond to the theme, and to posting my own response sometime soon.
Thanks again, and have a merry Christmas!
I am curious what you are deriving from the polling results - perhaps a blog post???
Hmmm, that's a good idea. I wanted to try and cut through the stereotypes and see the reality behind the generalizations...
Yes, I think a post is in order!
