The reasons you mention are more mild than things I hear in my classroom every day. Why isn't that being rated? And most of the kids in the classes are 15 or 16, not nearly old enough for "R" rated material.
(And I can't even get to my blog at school because the school district internet firewall blocks blogger in general. I guess there are some sites that might be rated worse than conversations in my classroom.)
