In case anybody hasn't figured it out from my last couple of posts - I'm kinda going through my gay pon farr right now. I first blogged about this phenomena 2-1/2 years ago here and here.
I don't stress out about it like I once did - I accept it as just something that happens every now and then. And, pon farr sounds a whole lot nicer than h--ny.
So, please bear with me as I cycle through my man-crushes until this pon farr cycle subsides.

Do you ever read gay-themed romantic novels? There's a whole genre of gay lit out there. E.M. Forster's Maurice is an example. I don't have a list of favorite titles because I don't read many of these, but I can recommend Michael Cunningham's A Home at the End of the World.
I wonder if reading these would help. The romance genre certainly works for sexually frustrated straight women. (I draw the line at bubble baths and chocolate!)
I am "bearing with you" as you cycle through! You know I've been there / done that multiple times.
My advice? Enjoy it!
I'm happy to journey along with you through your Pon-Farr. Thanks for sharing the journey. :)
So is this post also to confess a crush on Leonard Nimoy?
Duh! Well, of Spock - the young Spock of the TOS era. And, the even younger Spock (aka Zachary Quinto). Heck, might as well throw young Kirk (aka Chris Pine) in there as well.
I have to agree with you on Zachary Quinto and Chris Pine.
So, what are your coping strategies when it comes to Pon Farr?
