Remembering Ted Kennedy (1932 - 2009)

We are on different ends of the political spectrum - but that doesn't mean I cannot respect him as a person. He devoted his life to serving this country; and, my heart goes out to his family.

I saw the title of your post and was thinking of some witty snide comment to make about Ted, but I will refrain. (Unlike libs who mock gopers when they pass.)

I will miss Ted Kennedy...and even if someone doesn't like him, they have to admit that the guy was a legend.

And Quinn, I am not sure the comment you decided to make was any better.

When my Mom heard about his passing on the radio, she said that even though she didn't necessarily respect him as a person or his politics, but she still felt bad for his family.

Personally, I'm indifferent. I don't know enough about the guy either way to have any opinion at all.

"[you] have to admit that the guy was a legend."

"[everything Quinn said]"

Are you guys kidding? Respect him? He ruined immigration, education, and murdered a girl.
